I have been informed by the RPRA that the liberation site at Cheltenham is not available to us on Saturday the 30th of May. They have offered an alternative site at Windrush which appears to be about ten miles to the East of Cheltenham. At a Management Committee Meeting on the 23rd February the Committee decided substitute Cheltenham with Windrush.
