The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Solway Federation will be held on Sunday 18th November in the Victoria Hall Annan at 1-00pm. Members wishing to propose a notice of motion for the meeting to send their proposal to the Federation Secretary to be received on or before 21st October 2012. Each proposal to be signed, seconded and dated.
