The Annual General Meeting of the Solway Federation will be held on Sunday 20th November in the Village Hall Locharbriggs at 1-00pm.
Any member wishing to submit a notice of motion must send their proposal to the Federation Secretary, in writing, signed, seconded and dated, to be received on or before Sunday 23rd October.
Can all members please note the Federation race programme is not due to be reviewed until the Annual General Meeting of 2017.
