For the benefit of those who didn’t attend the Annual General Meeting the decisions taken were: –
Membership Fee Status Quo
Club Affiliation Fee Status Quo
Ferrying Rebate Status Quo
Management Committee’s recommendation Apply clock and race rules of convoying organisation for Old Bird Open to avoid conflicting velocities.
Carried Unanimous.
Management Committee Recommendation Race marking for Young Bird Open race be set at 6pm to 7-30pm and set time be added to Federation card.
West Section time set at 5pm to 6-30pm.
East Section time set at 6pm to 7-30pm.
Times for both sections to be added to the Federation card.
Carried unanimous.
Management Committee Recommendation Flexible race rule be amended to allow the Race Controller, President and Vice President to make the decision to have a race on a Friday rather than a Monday should the need arise.
Passed by thirteen votes to eight with clubs to be notified by Wednesday between one to two pm if the race is to take place on a Friday
Management Committee Recommendation In future all the Federation Affiliated Clubs to use the Federation Web Site for Liberation Times instead of the Race Controllers telephone call.
Carried unanimous.
Management Committee Recommendation Rule regarding returning to the same liberation site the following week with the Young Birds should a race be cancelled, to be amended to apply only to races not doubled up on the programme.
Carried unanimous.

Dear members we think it would be a good idea for the Fed to run a Breeder Buyer.
Rejected
Mr Smith asked, as there was no reference to Young Bird Training on the agenda, would the Young Bird training be on going. The President informed Mr Smith the Young Bird Training would be as normal.
The Federation race programme will be published on the Federation web site as soon as the dates have been set by the Management Committee.
The plan is to hold a Management Committee meeting the early in January when a good number of outstanding matters can be dealt with by the Committee.
