On behalf of the Solway Federation I offer my whole hearted congratulations to John Gilmour of Hoddom & District Flying Club on winning the Scottish National Flying Club Gold Cup race from Alencon on Monday 3rd July. The two year old Chequer cock was timed at 19-10, 59 minutes in front of the next bird. An outstanding performance John on a very difficult day very well done.
