Whilst compiling the federation result from upper Heyford last night 14/06/22 along with the federation secretary and having posted the top 3 club results online at 21-00 we were then busy finalising our federation open result when a federation member tried to phone me at 21-33 ,when we had finished our work I had received a text message asking for the secretary’s number I returned the call at 21-44pm
The member wished to make an objection regarding procedures and after a discussion was informed to please submit any issue in writing to federation secretary and it would then be addressed by the management committee .
As clearly stated in Solway federation rules any objections in writing within 7 days of publication
We ask that members adhere to this rule as no further telephone calls will be accepted
