Successful race yesterday by all accounts long may it continue
After much feedback from fellow members
This is the young bird training schedule
I will personally take the birds this week and next week as i want to study and report regarding the low gill liberations
The liberation this week will be Tuesday as all interest so far has been from Eastriggs and Annan
I intend to pick up Monday evening times to be arranged the birds will then be watered when parked up at Springfield as per normal
Once i have had feedback from those who are interested from west section depending on numbers an option is i load 3 x Geraldy crates onto my van and uplift am Tuesday morning then load onto transporter this can be fine tuned
Not all members wish their birds liberated at low gill and prefer Shap
The Low gill liberation would be loaded onto the passengers side of the transporter the Shap birds onto the drivers side
I would liberate the Low gill birds first then once parked up at Shap would let those birds fully settle prior to liberating
Any other young bird training would be from Shap and convoyed by Lenny
I require numbers from clubs by this evening at latest that will enable me to post cost per member tomorrow
I am going out to spend some quality time socialising today with an old friend who has not been in best of health lately
