Directive from the Scottish Homing Union
1 ) All Pigeon Training,Racing showing or gatherings are currently Prohibited at Least until 14th May
Further Statements will be issued to federation officials as and when directed by British Government .
2) All Club Secretary’s were called and asked to inform their member’s regarding reports of pigeons being trained ,this is Strictly Prohibited as stated above
Anyone found to have been breaking this ruling will be reported to the Scottish Homing Union ,Lets hope this never has to happen Please Be Sensible for the Good name of our Federation .
3) The vaccination of young pigeons is currently allowed to take place by individual members under present social distancing laws ,Please keep proof of purchase batch number etc as this information will be needed as and when Required .
4) Old Bird Vaccination should have been completed one month prior to racing’s proposed start as stated on vaccine ,If all members could forward their vaccination forms to club secretary’s thus allowing these to be in Federation Secretary’s hands prior to any early commencement of Racing .
This Rule will be Strictly Adhered to
5) As and when the unions receive instructions regarding the commencement of our Sport and what procedure’s we have to follow ,We the committee will endeavour to put them into place as soon as possible .
Liberation points will then be given clearance by Rpra regarding possible access driver safety etc
