The Solway Federation Annual General Meeting will be held in the Victoria Hall Annan on Sunday 15th November at 1-00pm. Any notices of motion must be sent to the Secretary, in writing, to arrive on or before the 19th October 2009. Notices of motion must be dated and signed by the proposer and seconder.
