Due to the Transporter having a “blowout” at Penrith on route for Shap the Transporter was delayed for a round one and a half hours. By the time the Transporter finally arrived at the liberation site the weather had closed in and was unsuitable for a liberation. The decision has been taken to return the birds to their respective clubs rather than chance a liberation. The expected times for the Convoyer to return the birds is:-
